What is meditation?

Can you sit peacefully, silently for a couple of minutes with out any distraction? How do you feel when you open your eyes after a good night's sleep?   How can we sustain the same feeling through out the day or when ever we want?

Mindful walks and thoughts

Staying active while caring for your mental health is a win win. While on a walk around your neighborhood... pay attention to: 

- birds tweeting
- wind rustling the leaves 

- people conversing

- cars zooming by
